Caroline is the Chief Administrative Officer of KIC and an experienced entrepreneur, business leader, and coach. She began her career as a corporate attorney at leading firms in Philadelphia and Chicago before transitioning into entrepreneurship and executive leadership. She has founded multiple companies and nonprofits and enjoys coaching agents, particularly women, to get more out of both their lives and their agencies. Drawing on her background in law, strategic planning, and two graduate degrees, Caroline uses her own system to help entrepreneurs identify and overcome barriers to growth. She also manages a real estate investment business and is based in Madison, Wisconsin.
