Utilize everything you have at your disposal before adding and expanding new capabilities. It is human nature to desire the "latest and greatest". Assess all of your systems and processes to meet current customer needs. Create a priority list and execute to leave no stone unturned. This takes great discipline and resolve. Technology is one glaring example. Stop hoping for a better CRM, lead management system, and other productivity tools. The technology we don't use to its fullest, will not help us with our current and prospective customers.
